Once the construction phase begins, our experienced project management and field teams monitor every step of the process and utilize a collaborative approach to solve problems quickly. At the same time, we employ an experienced team of project engineers dedicated to onsite quality control.

Since Casey Rogers founded ICM in 2014, we have contracted on over $300 million worth of construction projects as the owner’s representative firm, over $124 million of project costs as the construction management firm and over $11 million as the general contractor.
