CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
ICM’s systematic construction management process positions us as owner advocates during planning, preconstruction and construction.
As construction managers, we bring our extensive construction knowledge into every phase of the project, starting with preconstruction. We work with all key stakeholders during budgeting, conceptualization, schematic design, design development, construction documentation and bidding/procurement.
Once construction begins, ICM manages every detail of the process, including scheduling, safety, quality control, site cleanliness, etc. Our builder approach is different from the typical construction management approach because we focus on proactively uncovering and avoiding costly mistakes with attention to detail and a team approach.

As general contractors, we approach every project the ICM Way — with an attention to detail, superior planning, quality control and scheduling, as well as meticulous monitoring of trades to ensure their work meets the owner’s vision.

Working with the design team to ensure the owner’s needs, aesthetics, and budget are prioritized throughout the design phase.
Managing the preconstruction schedule, budget, permitting and coordination.
Providing the owner with every trade-level bid with analysis, allowing the owner to select every trade-level contractor and be in control of the project cost and quality of trades.
Working tirelessly to provide cost management savings options at each phase of design.
Providing the owner with weekly updates to keep them informed of progress.
