Qualifications

  • 1-5 years experience. General building knowledge equivalent to that experience level.

  • Verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience with building layout.

  • General computer and tablet usage.

  • OSHA 30 hr is great but not required.

  • Lean Construction knowledge is great but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Boots on the ground.

  • Assist in managing Safety, Schedule, and Quality in the field on various types of commercial construction projects.

  • Lead and guide teams and crews.

  • Train, learn, and grow! Teach others as you learn.

  • Innovate the process. There is always something we can do better.
