Pinelake is a multi-site church. This new construction in Oxford, Miss., became their fifth location. The heart of the campus is a 900-seat worship center. Additional education spaces for children, students and adults—as well as flex space and smaller, more focused worship areas—complete the 60,000-square-foot campus. The 12-acre project site also incorporates outdoor space designed for ministry and community gatherings.

ICM served as the project team’s preconstruction coordinator, working to estimate project costs, develop and manage the owner’s project budget, build the preconstruction and construction schedule, and consult with the design team to ensure constructability within the owner’s budget and timeframe.

The project was completed in July 2023.
