St. John The Evangelist Catholic Church
ICM managed the construction and renovation of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Oxford, Miss. The project consisted of a two-story, 7,800-square-foot addition on the north end of the existing building, an expansion of the current sanctuary, and classroom and meeting space. The project also included re-roofing the church and re-cladding a portion of the building.
As this was a renovation and addition project, ICM worked closely with the design team to develop phasing plans that would allow the church to maintain operations during construction.
