Preconstruction Project Manager

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, or Estimator

  • Verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam

  • Experienced and valued track record with trade partners, architects, and engineers

Responsibilities

  • Manage design phase process

  • Develop and manage preconstruction schedule

  • Facilitate and manage meetings

  • Facilitate and perform plan review
