ICM managed the complete rebuild of the Mississippi State University baseball stadium, while still accommodating the 2017 and 2018 baseball seasons. The project included an early scoreboard package to improve the fan experience in the old stadium. Utilities were relocated during the 2017 baseball season so that demolition of the old stadium could begin immediately after the last game. For the 2018 season, an intermittent completion date allowed fans and players to safely use the stadium even as construction continued toward completion in February 2019.

“With ICM on our team, we are reassured that every project is a success and our objectives are achieved.”

— Bobby Tomlinson, Associate Athletic Director, Mississippi State University

Left Field Lofts at Dudy Noble

30 THOUSAND
SQUARE FEET

10-MONTH
SCHEDULE

The Left Field Lofts were a unique addition to the already state-of-the-art Dudy Noble Field at Mississippi State University in Starkville, Miss. The 30,000-square-foot steel-structured condo complex boasts 12 luxury two-bedroom condos — all with a balcony view of the field — as well as a parking area underneath the building.

As the project’s construction manager, ICM helped reduce the contract amount by almost $1.5 million to help make this project a reality. This was achieved through ICM's engineering process, which works to ensure the owner's budget and the design team's vision stay intact. The condos were finished on schedule, opening up with the newly finished baseball stadium for the 2019 season.
