City of Oxford Activities Center
The City of Oxford Activity Center is a 32,000-square-foot facility that includes two full-size basketball courts, four half-size basketball courts, a pickleball court, volleyball court, suspended walking track, classrooms, gymnastics facility and gathering space.
The City of Oxford, Miss., brought ICM on board as the construction manager during the project’s conceptual phase. This was the first time the city had utilized the construction management process, so ICM helped guide the process from day one.
