ICM worked with the design team and the owner to develop the program and budget for the new Oxford High School baseball and softball stadiums. The project includes locker room and practice facilities, concessions, a ticket booth, two fields with natural and synthetic turf, LED field lights and press boxes.

As the project neared the design development stage, the project budget required cost management evaluation to bring it back on budget. ICM identified $2.6 million of cost management options for the school. The school approved $990,000 of the proposed options to bring the project back on budget. This allowed the design team to complete the design.

ICM managed the bidding phase and received bids in early April and broke ground in May of 2021 for an August 2022 finish.
